Before returning a hat due to sizing issues, please make sure to adjust the hat for a customized fit. If your hat fits front-to-back but not side-to-side (or vice versa,) hat sizing hats might be your best solution.
Please initiate your return or exchange below within 30 days of delivery. Returns shipping is paid for by the buyer.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are eligible on each US order within 30 days of delivery. If you don't know exactly what you want at this moment, you can exchange for store credit which will be given to you as a gift card that can be used at on the Gigi Pip website. The exchange will be processed when the provided label is scanned and marked in transit by the postal carrier.
RETURNS
